EAT | Crockpot Bacon Ranch Pasta

Hello! It’s Friday, and it’s time to treat yourself to a creamy, delicious, and comforting pasta dish.

If you like bacon, you will love this dish!

I make the sauce in the crockpot, and it is super simple and flavorful.

What you need:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ranch packet
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 16 oz pasta
  • Cheddar cheese to top

Place your cut up chicken into a crockpot.

Add in your chicken broth, ranch packet, salt and pepper, and cream cheese. I cut mine up so it melts faster.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

While that is cooking, fry up some super crispy bacon over the stove, and add to your crockpot.

Ta-da! The sauce is done.

Boil your pasta (I used penne), add it to your sauce, and top with cheese!

This is so good and flavorful. It is one of my family’s favorite pasta dishes.

I hope you try it!

Have a good weekend, and thanks for reading! xx
